Color Fastness

We select high-quality dyes and dyeing techniques, ensuring excellent color fastness performance in aspects such as washing and abrasion resistance. The use of dope dyeing technology, where pigments are added during the spinning process, enables the fabric to achieve a color fastness to sunlight rating of up to Level 8 according to European standards and Level 5 according to American standards.

Stain Removal

The industrial fabrics has undergone a surface easy-to-clean treatment, allowing stains to be easily removed with just water.

Water Repellency

We comprehensively implement more environmentally friendly C0 and C6 water repellent (WR,C0WR) agents. Through strict manufacturing procedures, we offer customers a water-repellent effect that can withstand washing.

Waterproof

The waterproof treatment suitable for various environments is manufactured through processes such as PU coating, PVC backing, or laminated TPU backing, with a hydrostatic pressure resistance ranging from 2000mm to 20000mm.

Tear Resistance

By using high-strength fibers and adopting the Ripstop weave, the fabric exhibits outstanding tensile and tear strength, as well as abrasion resistance.

Crack Resistance

After anti-cracking treatment, the seam slippage in common applications such as lining fabrics is reduced.

Printing

Images provided by customers can be precisely printed on the fabric. The printing method varies according to the different uses of the fabric.

Flame Retardancy

With inherent flame retardant technology, flame retardants are added to the fibers, resulting in a more durable flame retardant effect. Even after multiple washes, excellent flame retardant performance is maintained. We also provide flame retardant treatment through fabric finishing, coating, or lamination to achieve the flame retardant effect.

Anti-static

The industrial fabrics surface is treated with anti-static resin, enhancing the anti-static performance of the fabric.
