210D 420D Double-Sided Nylon TPU Coating Fabric

This fabric has a broad spectrum of applications, especially in the realm of inflatable or waterproof products. Nylon 210D and 420D are highly suitable for manufacturing items like backpacks, backpack rafts, dry bags, and bike packing gear.

Moreover, we provide Nylon 840D and 1000D fabrics, which are also excellent choices for inflatable products. When it comes to inflatable materials, superior airtightness is of utmost importance, and our TPU coating stands out as the top – notch option.

A key characteristic of the 210D and 420D fabrics is their TPU coating. This fabric can be coated with a single – sided TPU layer, available in either a matte or glossy finish, to significantly boost its waterproof capabilities. The TPU coating on the nylon fabric is relatively thick, creating a robust waterproof barrier. Additionally, we produce a double – sided TPU – coated version, which further enhances its waterproof performance and durability.

Besides TPU coating, ballistic nylon fabric can be coated with PU. However, when PU coating is used, the fabric’s thickness is notably reduced compared to the TPU – coated counterpart. The decision between TPU and PU coating hinges on the specific requirements of the final product. For applications where maximum durability and thick – layer waterproof protection are crucial, TPU – coated ballistic nylon fabric is usually the preferred choice.
