Pulv\u00e9risez de l&#039;eau sur le tissu test\u00e9 pendant une certaine p\u00e9riode et \u00e9valuez le niveau de d\u00e9perlance en fonction de l&#039;humidit\u00e9 de la surface. Moins le tissu est p\u00e9n\u00e9tr\u00e9, plus sa propri\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9perlante est \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p><h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Explication de la notation<\/h4><p>Le contenu pertinent du test d&#039;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l&#039;AATCC est le suivant\u00a0:<\/p><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#039;eau<\/h3><p>Qu&#039;est-ce que \u00ab r\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#039;eau \u00bb ? \u00ab R\u00e9sistant \u00e0 l&#039;eau \u00bb fait r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 la capacit\u00e9 d&#039;un mat\u00e9riau ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikortex.com\/fr\/2025\/01\/03\/fabricants-de-tissus-enduits\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-8-color\">rev\u00eatement<\/mark><\/a> pour r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l&#039;eau dans une certaine mesure. Cela signifie que le mat\u00e9riau peut r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une pluie l\u00e9g\u00e8re ou \u00e0 des \u00e9claboussures d&#039;eau sans \u00eatre satur\u00e9.<\/p><p>Comment tester la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau d\u2019une veste ? Le test d\u2019imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 AATCC 35 est une m\u00e9thode largement utilis\u00e9e pour \u00e9valuer les capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau. Il simule un sc\u00e9nario pluvieux en pla\u00e7ant du papier absorbant derri\u00e8re le tissu et en pulv\u00e9risant de l\u2019eau sur le textile \u00e0 un certain niveau de pression de la colonne d\u2019eau. Apr\u00e8s un temps sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9, mesurez le poids du papier absorbant avant et apr\u00e8s le test. Le test est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme r\u00e9ussi uniquement si la diff\u00e9rence de poids est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 1 gramme. M\u00eame si l\u2019effet de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019eau peut ne pas \u00eatre exactement le m\u00eame que celui des mat\u00e9riaux r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l\u2019eau, les tissus r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l\u2019eau peuvent r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l\u2019eau en cas de contact rapide avec l\u2019eau et de pression de l\u2019eau.<\/p><p>Voici trois exemples de calcul de la diff\u00e9rence de poids du papier absorbant avant et apr\u00e8s le test des tissus r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l&#039;eau :<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode de test AATCC 35 mesure la performance imperm\u00e9able d&#039;un tissu en d\u00e9terminant la quantit\u00e9 d&#039;eau qui traverse le mat\u00e9riau dans un d\u00e9lai sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9. Bien que ces deux termes puissent sembler similaires \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, il existe des diff\u00e9rences substantielles dans leurs capacit\u00e9s d\u2019imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9. La principale raison en est la fa\u00e7on dont les tissus obtiennent leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s imperm\u00e9ables. Les tissus \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s comme \u00ab r\u00e9sistants \u00e0 l\u2019eau \u00bb ont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un certain degr\u00e9 de r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l\u2019eau, souvent gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des traitements de surface qui font perler et s\u2019\u00e9couler l\u2019eau. En revanche, les tissus \u00ab imperm\u00e9ables \u00bb atteignent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un niveau de protection plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en incorporant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sikortex.com\/fr\/2025\/01\/03\/fabricants-de-tissus-enduits\/\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-ast-global-color-8-color\">rev\u00eatements<\/mark><\/a> ou des membranes imperm\u00e9ables lamin\u00e9es. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments suppl\u00e9mentaires am\u00e9liorent consid\u00e9rablement la capacit\u00e9 du tissu \u00e0 emp\u00eacher l&#039;eau de s&#039;infiltrer, garantissant une protection compl\u00e8te contre la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de l&#039;eau m\u00eame dans des conditions plus exigeantes.<\/p><p>Il est assez difficile d&#039;obtenir une imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 naturelle. La plupart des textiles utilisent le test de pression hydrostatique AATCC 127 pour mesurer leurs capacit\u00e9s d&#039;imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9. Ce test applique une pression d&#039;eau sur l&#039;avant du tissu jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que trois gouttes d&#039;eau apparaissent sur l&#039;arri\u00e8re. Plus la pression de l&#039;eau est \u00e9lev\u00e9e lors du test, meilleures sont les performances d&#039;imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9.<\/p><p>Par exemple, un indice d&#039;imperm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 de 20 000 mmH\u2082O \u00e9quivaut \u00e0 pouvoir r\u00e9sister \u00e0 une pression d&#039;eau de 20 m\u00e8tres. Il s&#039;agit de la norme de performance imperm\u00e9able des tissus utilis\u00e9s dans de nombreux v\u00eatements d&#039;alpinisme et de ski, offrant une protection imperm\u00e9able
